Take Business
40 West through Winston-Salem. At
the 40/421 split, bear left, following
the signs to 40 West, Statesville.
Then, take the first exit after
the 40/421 split, called "Interstate
40 East, Greensboro". Then, take
the first exit, #189 (Stratford
Road). At the top of the ramp, go
right at the light onto Stratford
Road. Go straight through the next
set of lights at Hanes Mall Blvd.
(Circuit City on the right, Village
Tavern on the left). Then, take
the second left onto Burke Mill
Road (there is a blue sign which
says "VA Medical Center" pointing
to the road). Once on Burke Mill
road, go straight through the first
stop sign. Then, continue straight
for 0.3 miles. Then, go left onto
Kimel Park Drive (again, there is
a blue sign, which says "VA Medical
Center", painting to the road).

is on the left at the bottom of
the hill, opposite the duck pond.
FROM CLEMMONS
ON HWY 158
Hwy. 158 towards
Winston-Salem. Go straight through
the traffic light at Atwood Road.
Then, take the next right onto Burke
Mill Road (there is a blue sign
which says "VA Medical Center" pointing
to the road). Once on Burke Mill
Road, go straight through the first
stop sign. Then, continue straight
for 0.3 miles and go left on Kimel
Park Drive (again, there is a blue
sign which says "VA Medical Center",
pointing to the road). Orthopaedic

on the left at the bottom of the
hill, opposite the duck pond.
FROM LEWISVILLE,
YADKINVILLE, WILKESBORO ON 421
421 towards Winston-Salem.
Follow the signs for Interstate
40 East, Greensboro (don't take
Business 40). Take exit 189, Stratford
Road. At the top of the ramp, go
right at the li@ht onto Stratford
Road. Go straight through the next

40 (NEW 40)
Interstate 40
West. Take exit 190, Hanes Mall
Blvd. At the bottom of the ramp,
go left at the light.- Then, go
straight through two sets of lights.
Then, go left at the li@ht onto
Frontis Plaza Blvd. Stay on Frontis
Plaza Blvd. until it ends, then
go left on Burke Mill Road. Go 0.2
miles, then go left on Kimel Park
Drive (there is a blue sign pointing
to the road which says."VA Medical

FROM STRATFORD
ROAD NEAR DOWNTOWN WINSTON-SALEM,
OR THE HANES MALL
Stratford
Road towards Clemmons. Go straight
through the intersection of Stratford
Road and Hanes Mall Blvd. (Circuit
City on the right, Village Tavern
on the left). Then, take the second
left onto Burke Mill Road (there
is a blue sign which says "VA Medical
Center", pointing to the road).
Once on Burke Mill Road, go straight
through the first stop sign. Then,
continue straight for 0.3 miles.
Then, go left on Kimel Park Drive
(again, there is a blue sign which
says "VA Medical Center", pointing

FROM SILAS
CREEK PARKWAY
Turn
onto Hanes Mall Blvd. Go straight
through five traffic lights. Then,
turn left at the sixth light, onto
Frontis Plaza Blvd. Stay on Frontis
Plaza Blvd. until it ends, then
go left onto Burke Mill Road. Go
0.2 miles, then go left onto Kimel
Park Drive (there is a blue sign
pointing to the road which says,
"VA Medical Center"). Orthopaedic
Specialists of the Carolinas is
on the left at the bottom of the
hill, opposite the duck pond.
OR
Take the Bolton
Street exit off of Silas Creek Parkway.
Turn right at the top yf the ramp
onto Bolton Street. Bear right at
Bolton Park. 1 mile from Bolton
Park, immediately after you cross
Burke Creek, go right onto Kimel
Forest Drive. Orthopaedic Specialists
of the Carolinas is at the end of
Kimel Forest Drive, where it adjoins
Kimel Park Drive (if you miss the
turn to Kimel Forest Drive, keep
going on Burke Mill Road until you
get to Kimel Park Drive, then turn
right).
FROM JONESTOWN
ROAD
Turn onto Hanes
Mall Blvd., go straight throu@h
the intersection of Hanes Mall Blvd.
and Stratford Road (Circuit City
on the left, Lowes on the right).
Take the first right, immediately
after the Village Tavern, onto Griffith
Road. Drive to the first stop sign
and turn left onto Burke Mill Road.
Then, drive 0.3 miles and go left
on Kimel Park Drive (there is a
blue sign which says "VA Medical
Center", pointing to the road).
