Return Policy/Payment Dispute

It is the policy of Orthopaedic Specialists of the Carolinas to process credit card refunds within 30 days of receipt.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.  Excellent patient care is our number one priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your visit, please contact us within 30 days of the visit at or by phone at 336 768-1270.

Privacy Policy

General: It is the policy of the Orthopaedic Specialists of the Carolinas to protect confidential information including credit card data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification, or loss, whether accidental or intentional.

Applicability: This policy applies to printed information.  Compliance with this policy shall be mandatory for each employee and shall be considered a condition of each employee's continued relationship with (Merchant Name).

Access to and Use of Confidential Information: Access to confidential information shall be based on the sensitivity of the information and the employee's need to know in connection with the employee's performance of his or her business responsibilities.  Confidential information may be used only for business purposes and may not be used by any user for any personal purpose.
